Return and Exchange Policy

(in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumers’ Rights“)

At our online store Ultima Linea (ul.net.ua), we strive to provide the highest level of service and quality equipment. If for any reason the purchased item does not suit you or has defects, you can exercise your right to an exchange or return in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.


Return and exchange of items of proper quality (non-defective)

The buyer has the right to return or exchange an item of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, subject to the following mandatory conditions:

  • the item is in the exact same condition as when it was delivered;

  • the item has not been used or worn;

  • its marketable condition, consumer properties, seals, and factory tags are fully preserved;

  • the original packaging is undamaged;

  • a payment document confirming the purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided.

Non-returnable items

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (regarding the list of non-defective items that cannot be exchanged/returned), as well as the specifics of our brand, the following categories of goods cannot be returned:

  • Drinking bottles;

  • Underwear and thermal underwear;

  • Homewear (loungewear);

  • Hosiery (socks);

  • Towels;

  • Gloves, mittens;

  • Printed materials;

  • Custom-made items.

Please note: once usage has begun (even a single training session or game), the item cannot be returned or exchanged. It is only subject to repair under warranty conditions. Please carefully check the size and quality of the item before using it.


Procedure for returning items of proper quality

  1. Contact us by phone at +380 (93) 617 92 52 or by email at: mail@ul.net.ua, describing the problem. Be sure to attach clear photos of the defect or the incorrect item.
  2. Send the item via Nova Poshta to the following address: Kyiv, branch No. 206. Recipient: FOP (Sole Proprietor) Halihuzova Oksana Volodymyrivna.
  3. After inspecting the item, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement within 7 business days.

Attention: when exchanging or returning an item of proper quality, the shipping costs of the transport company are covered by the customer.


Return of defective items (faulty goods)

If manufacturing defects or inconsistencies with the stated characteristics are found (e.g., a different size or model was delivered that you did not order), the buyer has the right to:

  • a free exchange for the correct item;

  • or a full refund.


Procedure for returning defective items

Note: if you receive a defective item or there was a packaging error on our part, the online store fully covers the cost of return shipping or repeat delivery.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed using the buyer’s payment details (to a bank card or IBAN account).

  • When returning an item of proper quality, the amount paid for the item is refunded (shipping costs are not compensated).

  • When returning a defective item, the full cost of the item is compensated, including shipping costs.
