1. Delivery by “Nova Poshta”

    Delivery cost from 60 UAH
    Delivery time 1-3 days

Items are dispatched within 1–3 working days of order confirmation or receipt of payment (if you have chosen to pay via bank transfer). Total delivery time is 2–6 days

  • To a Nova Poshta branch
    Delivery cost from 60 UAH
    Delivery time 1-3 days

  • Nova Poshta courier delivery to your door
    Cost from 95 UAH
    Delivery time 1-5 days

Items are dispatched within 1–3 working days of order confirmation or receipt of payment (if you have chosen to pay via bank transfer). Total delivery time is 2–8 days

Orders are dispatched daily from Monday to Sunday.
If the order is placed before 11:00 AM, it will be dispatched on the same day.

2. Pickup (free)

  • You can pick up your order yourself.

  • Please note: before your visit, be sure to contact our manager by phone at +380 (93) 617 92 52 to agree on the time of your visit and ensure that the order is already assembled and ready for pickup.

  • Pickup is available from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Please call in advance at +380 (93) 617 92 52.

💳 Payment methods

1. Online payment (WayForPay)

  • A fast, convenient, and safe way to pay for an order directly on the site during checkout.

  • Visa and Mastercard bank cards are accepted, and fast payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.

  • Payment is processed without any additional commissions from our store.

2. Payment by bank details (IBAN)

  • You can pay for the order by transferring funds to the official current account of the Sole Proprietor (FOP) via your online banking (Privat24, monobank, etc.), self-service terminal, or bank cash desk.

  • Payment details:

    • Recipient: FOP (Sole Proprietor) Halihuzova Oksana Volodymyrivna

    • EDRPOU / TIN (Tax ID): 2883906909

    • IBAN: UA829358710000067324000052241

    • Payment institution: NovaPay LLC

    • Purpose of payment: Account replenishment, Halihuzova Oksana Volodymyrivna (you can specify your order number in brackets).

  • The goods are dispatched after we confirm that the funds have been credited to our account.

3. Cash on Delivery / Payment upon receipt

  • Payment is made in cash or by bank card upon receipt of the goods at the “Nova Poshta” branch or during pickup.

  • Important: if you choose this payment method with “Nova Poshta” delivery, the carrier charges an additional fee for the money transfer (usually 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount).

📦 Processing and shipping times

  • Orders are processed on business days.

  • Dispatch is carried out within 1–3 business days from the moment the order is confirmed or payment is received (if payment by bank details is selected).
