1. Terms of use of the online store “ul.net.ua”.
1.1. This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is an offer of terms and conditions for using the online store “ul.net.ua”, located on the Internet at ul.net.ua, on behalf of the Administration of the online store and an individual (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer), and regulates the terms and conditions for the provision of information by the Buyer for posting on the website.
1.2. The Buyer of the online store is any individual or legal entity that has ever accessed the website and has reached the age required to accept this Agreement.
1.3. The Buyer is obliged to fully familiarize themselves with this Agreement before registering on the Website. Registration of the Buyer on the Website means full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement by the Buyer. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, the Buyer must immediately stop using the Website.
1.4. This Agreement may be amended and/or supplemented by the Website Administration unilaterally without any special notice. These Rules are an open and publicly available document.
1.5. The Agreement provides for the mutual rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Site Administration on the following points:
Terms of use of the Site;
Privacy policy;
Limitation of liability of the Site Administration;
Terms of the Agreement.
2. Procedure for using the Site.
2.1. The online store “ul.net.ua” allows you to view and download information from our site solely for personal, non-commercial use. It is prohibited to modify the materials of the site or distribute them for public or commercial purposes. Any use of information on other sites or computer networks is prohibited.
2.2. When registering on the website and placing orders, you agree to provide reliable and accurate information about yourself and your contact details. The online store reserves the right to send news and promotional offers to your email address specified in the order.
2.3. During the registration process on the website, you will receive a login and password, for the security of which you are responsible.
2.4. You may contact us with questions, complaints, suggestions for improvement, or any other information. However, you are responsible for ensuring that such communications are not illegal, threatening, infringing on copyrights, discriminatory on any grounds, or otherwise in violation of the laws of Ukraine.
3. User personal information.

By accepting this Agreement, the User consents to the collection and use of certain information about the User in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” and the site administration’s policy on the protection of personal data. In addition, the User agrees that the Site Administration may collect, use, transfer, process, and maintain information related to the User’s account for the purpose of providing relevant services.
3.2. The Site Administration undertakes to collect only personal information that the Consumer voluntarily provides when the information is necessary to provide (improve) services to the Consumer.
3.3. The Site Administration collects both basic personal data, such as name, surname, patronymic, address, and email address, as well as secondary (technical) data.
3.4. The User agrees that the confidentiality of data transmitted via the Internet is not guaranteed if third parties outside the control of the Website Administration gain access to this data. The Website Administration is not liable for any damage caused by such access.
3.5. The Site Administration may use any information collected through the ul.net.ua website to improve the content of the website, refine it, transfer information to the User (upon request), for marketing or research purposes, as well as for other purposes that do not contradict the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine.
4. Limitation of liability of the Site Administration.
4.1. The Site Administration shall not be liable for any errors, typographical errors, or inaccuracies that may be found in the materials contained on this Site. The Site Administration makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided on the Site. All information and materials are provided “as is,” without any warranties, either express or implied.
4.2. The information on the Site is constantly updated and may become outdated. The Site administration is not responsible for the receipt of outdated information from the Site, as well as for the inability of the User to obtain updates to the information stored on the Site.
4.3. The Site Administration is not responsible for the statements and opinions of Site visitors left as comments or reviews. The opinion of the Site Administration may not coincide with the opinion and position of the authors of reviews and comments. At the same time, the Site Administration takes all possible measures to prevent the publication of messages that violate applicable law or moral standards.
4.4. The Site Administration is not responsible for any illegal actions of the User in relation to third parties or third parties in relation to the User.
4.5. The site administration is not responsible for the User’s statements made or published on the ul.net.ua website.
4.6. The site administration is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses (actual or potential) arising in connection with this Site, its use, or inability to use it.
4.7. The site administration is not responsible for the User’s loss of access to their account on the ul.net.ua website (loss of login, password, other information).
4.8. The site administration is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect information provided by the User when creating a User account.
4.9. If you encounter problems using the ul.net.ua website, disagree with specific sections of the User Agreement, or receive inaccurate information from third parties, or information of an offensive nature, or any other unacceptable information, please contact the administration of the ul.net.ua so that the Site Administration can analyze and eliminate the relevant defects, restrict and prevent the entry of unwanted information onto the Site, and, if necessary, restrict or terminate its obligations to provide its services to any User and customer who deliberately violates the provisions of the Agreement and the functioning of the Site.
4.10. For the purposes set out above, the Site Administration reserves the right to delete information posted on the Site and to take technical and legal measures to terminate access to the Site for Users who, in the opinion of the Site Administration, create problems for other Users in using the Site, or Users who violate the requirements of the Agreement.
5. Procedure for the Agreement.
5.1. This Agreement is a contract. The Site Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement or introduce a new one. Such changes shall come into force from the moment they are posted on the Site. The User’s use of the Site’s materials after the Agreement has been amended automatically implies their acceptance.
5.2. This Agreement shall come into force upon the User’s first visit to the Website and shall remain in force between the User and the Company for the entire period of the User’s use of the Website.
5.3. The Website is the intellectual property of the Website administration. All exclusive copyrights to the Website belong to the Website Administration. Users may use the Website strictly within the framework of the Agreement and Ukrainian legislation on intellectual property rights.
5.4. All trademarks and names referenced in the materials on this Website are the property of their respective owners.
5.5. The User agrees not to reproduce, repeat, or copy any part of the Website, except in cases where such permission is granted to the User by the Website Administration.
5.6. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Issues not covered by the Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
