According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, you have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Mandatory return conditions:

  • The product is in the same condition as it was delivered;

  • The product has not been used, its commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are preserved, and the packaging is not damaged;

  • The product is not included in the list of goods that are not subject to exchange or return, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine: if a defective product was received or something other than what was ordered was delivered. In this case, the online store covers the cost of re-delivery of missing components or exchange of the product; in all other cases, the delivery cost is paid by the customer;

  • Remember that according to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, after the product has been put into use, it is not subject to return or exchange and is only eligible for warranty repair. Therefore, we strongly recommend checking the quality of the product before using it.

  • Drinking bottles;

  • Underwear;

  • Homewear;

  • Hosiery products;

  • Towels;

  • Gloves, mittens;

  • Printed products;

  • Custom-made orders.
