How to wash goalkeeper gloves
1. Immediately after the game/training
• If the gloves are dirty, wash off any dirt and sand under cool running water.
• Do not use hot water — latex loses its elasticity.
2. Hand washing
• Fill a basin with cold or slightly warm water.
• If desired, you can use a special glove shampoo or mild soap (without aggressive powders and bleaches).
• Gently wash the palm and back of your hand with light movements — do not rub hard!
3. Rinsing
• Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
• Gently squeeze (do not wring!) to remove excess water.
Drying gloves
• Dry naturally at room temperature.
• Do not place on a radiator, in a dryer, or in direct sunlight—the latex will dry out and become hard.
• You can gently pat them dry with a towel, then leave them in an upright position.
Care and storage
1. Keep it moist — latex works better when it is slightly moist.
• To do this, you can lightly spray it with water before playing.
2. Use a special bag or container — gloves should not dry out or stick together.
3. Don’t use the same pair everywhere
• Keep separate “fighting” gloves for matches.
• Use a different, simpler model for training.
